Lolo Potluck was the culmination of both my creative and business passions. 
Growing up in a family of restaurant owners, I observed my grandmother’s own techniques and developed a personal style of creative, original interpretations of some of her traditional Egyptian favorites.
The goal of Lolo Potluck is to bring wonderfully flavored Mediterranean cuisine to Troy, MI made from the freshest, most delicious ingredients prepared in simple, accessible ways.
